Gift Card Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing and using the Dainese Gift Card (hereinafter also the “Gift Card”), the Customer accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein in their entirety and without any reservation.
1. The Dainese Gift Card can be purchased and used in all Dainese Stores of the Dainese Group in USA. It allows you to purchase any Dainese/AGV/TCX products at Dainese Stores in USA.
2. The Dainese Gift Card can only be used in USA and cannot be used in a Dainese Store of the Dainese Group in a country other than that of the Gift Card’s purchase.
3. The value of the Gift Card can be chosen by the Customer, starting from a minimum amount of $ 50 up to a maximum amount of $ 500.
4. The Gift Card can be purchased using all payment methods accepted in Dainese Stores (cash and electronic payments).
5. The amount on the Gift Card does not yield interest and cannot be converted into any form of cash.
6. The Gift Card is valid and can be used once the amount corresponding to the Gift Card chosen has been paid and is active from the moment it is purchased in a Dainese Store.
7. The Gift Card can be used for multiple purchases until the selected amount of credit is exhausted.
8. If the purchase price of the desired items is higher than the residual value on the Gift Card, the difference can be paid using any payment method accepted in Dainese Stores.
9. With each purchase, the relative value will be deducted from the amount credited to the Gift Card. The balance on the Gift Card can be verified in each Dainese Store at any time and until its expiry date. The Dainese Gift Card is not rechargeable.
10. The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone who holds it to purchase products. The card holder is solely responsible for the use and custody of the card. If the Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, it cannot be blocked and Dainese cannot be held responsible for its misuse, theft, loss or damage. In the event of theft, of damage that makes the barcode or numerical code associated with it illegible, or of loss, the Dainese Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded.
11. Any complaint relating to the use of the Gift Card can be sent to the Dainese Store where the purchase was made.
12. In order to use the Gift Card, the holder is required to physically present it at the time of purchase in Dainese Stores.
13. Any dispute relating to the use of the Gift Card will be governed by American law and attributed to the Court of Costa Mesa.
