Smart GO is the Dainese electronic airbag system designed to bring D-air® protection to everyday riding. Lightweight, compact and easy to wear, it offers Level 2 certified protection on the chest and back without the need for a physical connection to the bike.

Designed to adapt to any daily routine, Smart GO can be worn over or under motorcycle or casual garments. The adjustable structure allows the device to be adapted to different body sizes and to maintain the space necessary for the correct expansion of the airbag in case of activation.
The D-air® system independently monitors riding conditions. Smart GO arms when it detects certain conditions, such as exceeding 10 km/h or the vibrations generated by the vehicle. The D-air® algorithm, developed for road use, is designed to recognize different accident dynamics and activate protection in a few milliseconds.
Smart GO offers certified Level 2 airbag protection on the chest and back. The airbag uses a patented diaphragm structure and the gas generator, housed in the rear, can be replaced directly by the user up to three times, according to the prescribed methods.
Even the power supply is designed to simplify daily use. Smart GO can be connected to a USB-C smartphone compatible with OTG technology or to the dedicated Smart GO Powerbank (product sold separately), which offers up to 72 hours of battery life during use. The connection is made via the integrated USB-C cable, while the device is managed through the Dainese D-air® App.
The compact and lightweight construction makes it easy to use even on the hottest days: the front part can be folded inwards and fixed in place with magnets to improve air flow while riding. Once off the bike, Smart GO can be easily stored under the scooter saddle, in a motorcycle bag or in a backpack.
The device can also be used with the 15-liter Smart GO Backpack, designed to integrate with Smart GO through a dedicated magnetic attachment system (product sold separately).

DESIGNED FOR EVERYDAY USE
Smart GO can be worn over or under riding gear or casual clothing, using the configuration best suited to the garment and the user’s fit.
It is managed through the Dainese D-air® App and must be powered by a compatible external source, connected via the built-in USB-C LED cable: An OTG-compatible smartphone or the Smart GO Powerbank.
It can be used with the dedicated Smart GO Backpack, designed to attach to the device through its own fastening system.
FIND OUT HOW TO WEAR SMART GO
Smart GO can be worn over or under motorcycle or casual clothing, adjusting the configuration in accordance with the
garment being worn, the fit desired by the user and whether or not they are carrying the Smart GO Backpack.
Before use, always make sure that the device is properly positioned, that the waist strap is adjusted and that the front
fasteners are closed. The adjustable front sections must be used in accordance with the intended method of wear, in
order to ensure the correct positioning of the device and the space necessary for the expansion of the airbag.
Smart GO does not charge like a device with a built-in battery: it operates via an external power source connected to the USB-C LED cable. It can be powered by a smartphone compatible with USB On-The-Go technology or by a power bank approved and authorized by Dainese. The function time depends on the external power source used.
Smart GO will arm when it detects vibrations from the vehicle or a speed exceeding 10 km/h.
If these conditions are not met, the system does not guarantee protection. On electric motorcycles, protection is not
guaranteed at speeds below 10 km/h or when the vehicle is not vibrating.
Yes, Smart GO can also be used with electric motorcycles. However, protection is not guaranteed on electric motorcycles traveling at speeds below 10 km/h or when the vehicle is not vibrating.
Smart GO can be used with the dedicated Smart GO Backpack, designed to integrate with the device via a special mounting system. The use of backpacks not authorized by Dainese with the Smart GO has not been evaluated and cannot ensure the proper functioning of the airbag system.
It depends on the condition of the device. After a fall or activation, Smart GO must not be reused until its integrity
has been verified.
Check that the device has no breaks, tears, cuts, abrasions, or other visible damage, especially in areas where the
airbag is located. Before resetting, it is necessary to perform an airbag integrity test to verify that it is not losing
pressure. The test involves inflating the bag using a pump or compressor, using the special adapter provided with Smart
GO.
If the device is intact and the integrity test is successful, Smart GO can be reset by replacing the CO₂ cartridge kit
according to the instructions provided. If you have any questions, notice any defects, or see any visible damage, please
