In fact, Dainese adds to the legal warranty of the country in which you purchased your Dainese, AGV, TCX and Momodesign products an extension of the warranty up to 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase.
What the Dainese warranty is and how it works
For a selection of Dainese, AGV, TCX and Momodesign products, Dainese offers its own warranty to supplement the legal warranty, lasting 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase, providing coverage on any manufacturing defects.
The Dainese warranty must be registered through a dedicated form, which can be accessed on this page, or through the Genuine page, using the QR code on the product tag, within 30 days of the date of purchase. The Dainese warranty is valid for a duration of 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase and only if activated within the next 30 days. Any verification and checks on the validity of proof of purchase and compliance with dates will be performed on a random basis or at the time the service is requested.
In the event that the product you have purchased isn't included in the list of products for the Dainese warranty extension coverage, we advise you to register it here anyway, in order to simplify any interventions during the legal warranty period. Please note that the legal warranty remains valid even without registration, as long as you keep the proof of purchase.
How to find the Product Code (SKU)
To register your product or activate the warranty extension, you'll need the Product Code (SKU). This code consists of 9/10 digits identifying the product item, followed by 3 digits representing the color code and by the size (e.g., 2015300032 P75 50).
You can find it in one of the following places: on the product's identification tag provided with the item, on the original packaging, or on the product’s internal label. Make sure you have this code handy before starting the registration process.
