Featuring a modern, detail-oriented design that identifies the Dainese ‘language’, Blackwing Gore-Tex® Boots are the new, versatile Gore-Tex® motorcycle ankle boots for both touring and commuting.

The Gore-Tex® EpE waterproof membrane and localized upper perforation ensure maximum climate comfort even in the most adverse climates, but without compromising on breathability. Versatility for use in all weather conditions is combined with the extreme ergonomics of the Blackwing Gore-Tex® Boots, featuring the Ortholite® insole and Groundtrax® sole, guaranteeing maximum stability and grip and maximum comfort when both riding and walking.

The back zipper and more closely fitting cuff in abrasion-resistant D-stone fabric increase ease of fit and make these boots perfectly wearable under pants and adaptable to multiple foot shapes.

A TPU gear shifter completes the features on these modern, functional motorcycle boots.

Wear-resistant Groundtrax® outsole, created with a rubber tread featuring an anti-slip design for maximum grip on all surfaces, is complemented by an expanded EVA midsole that provides lightness, comfort and long-lasting cushioning.

ORTHOLITE FOOTBED
OrthoLite® insoles were developed to ensure optimal comfort and maximum support for the sole of the foot, combined with maximum breathability in all conditions. OrthoLite® insoles offer: - Long-lasting cushioning, due to OrthoLite® polyurethane foam designed to provide consistent cushioning, fit and long-lasting comfort. Less than 5% of its thickness is compressed over the lifecycle of the insole, so its properties never change. - High breathability for perfect thermal comfort thanks to the OrthoLite® open-cell foam that allows air to circulate in and around the insole, driving moisture away and keeping the foot cool and dry.
D-STONE™
MAIN MATERIALS
D-STONE™
D-Stone™ is an extremely tough material mainly used for Dainese boots and textile clothing. D-Stone is made of high density twisted nylon with elasticated inserts faced with nylon. This creates an armored weave effect that offers exceptional comfort characterized by high resistance to abrasion, damage, and tear, with a performance comparable to leather.

The S1 version S1 (without resin coating) features Protector treatment. The S1P1 version, in addition to Protector treatment, also features a breathable, windproof polyurethane resin coating. Protector treatment grants the fabric excellent water- and oil-repellent properties. The material does not require ironing to re-acquire its properties: air drying it after washing is sufficient. This treatment was developed thanks to the application of nanotechnology to textile finishing.

The latest-generation Gore-Tex® ePE membrane is designed to keep feet always dry and comfortable, providing insulation from water even during inclement weather. It guarantees excellent breathability, owing to how fast sweat evaporates and dissipates from the shoes, so that you feel at ease for longer. The ideal solution for motorcycle outings, also in variable weather conditions. The Gore-Tex® ePE membrane is composed of layers made of selected materials that keep it light and thin, ensuring high performance.
