Posizione
DAINESE, a global leader in protective solutions for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is looking for a Demand Planner to join its Apparel Supply Chain Planning Department.
The selected candidate will contribute to the evolution and optimization of demand planning processes, ensuring smooth alignment between sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory needs.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and key demand drivers for the assigned product category.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare, update, and validate monthly and periodic sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team to align demand requirements with production orders.
- Harmonize sales planning timelines with production and logistics constraints to ensure optimal product availability.
- Track production orders and monitor inbound deliveries.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to enhance product availability and overall customer satisfaction.
Requisiti
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in structured companies, preferably within the Sporting Goods or Fashion industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
