Excellence reinvents sailing

Dainese gets onboard Emirates Team New Zealand for its latest challenge in the world of dynamic sports – the America’s Cup!

Starting from the 2017 edition, Dainese has become the Official Safety Partner for the world-famous Kiwi sailing crew, providing them with the brand-new Sea-Guard, the innovative life jacket developed by Dainese to effectively protect sailors in official competitions.

Sea-Guard is the first safety garment conceived specifically for competitive sailing. What's more, the vest is already optimized for use by cycling grinders, the technical revolution pioneered by Emirates Team New Zealand, with the front designed to offer minimum resistance when cycling, while the back features an aerodynamic hump similar to those used in motorcycle racing suits to enhance performance.
