Carve Master 4 Gore-Tex Jacket is the latest evolution of the Dainese sport touring motorcycle jacket. Ideal for traveling even in low temperatures, in total comfort and with maximum performance. The new waterproof GORE-TEX® ePE membrane guarantees waterproofing as it acts like a rain shield, as well as excellent breathability. The stretch construction follows the body’s movements every time you shift on the saddle owing to the large inserts in Mugello stretch fabric – soft and lightweight yet resistant. Featuring a custom fit and increased softness compared to the previous version, for maximum comfort while riding also owing to the extensive adjustment systems on hips, arms, wrists and neck.
The removable thermal lining allows you to manage body heat, for superior comfort even when traveling in the coldest season. Great versatility of use and ventilation systems activated with just one hand on chest, back and sleeves.
With AA class certification and the highest Dainese safety standards guaranteed by the ventilated Pro-Armor Level 2 soft protectors – inspired by the geometrical shapes of natural fractals – on elbows and shoulders, and PU/plastic shoulder plates. Pockets designed to accommodate the Pro-Armor back protector and chest protector, and compatibility with the Dainese Smart Air airbag with D-air® technology help increase the wearer’s protection.
Featuring functional details such as two external waterproof pockets, a zipper for fastening to the pants and a card pocket on the wrist, CARVE MASTER 4 is the iconic jacket with a sporty look that blends technology, superior quality and practicality for endless journeys with maximum comfort and performance.

De meting van de borst in zijn maximale uitzetting tijdens normale ademhaling, gemeten terwijl de persoon staat, waarbij de meetlint horizontaal rond de romp over de schouderbladbeenderen (de schouderbladen) en net onder de oksels wordt gebracht.
Arm
Mouwnlengte vanaf schouder (arm recht)
De afstand van het meest uitstekende punt van de schouder tot de pols (aan het einde van het ellepijpbeen), gemeten met de arm ontspannen langs het lichaam.
Nek
Halsomtrek
De omtrek gemeten op 2 cm onder de adamsappel aan de voorkant en bij de 7e nekwervel aan de achterkant (d.w.z. NIET horizontaal).
Taille
Tailleomtrek
De omtrek die horizontaal rond de taille wordt gemeten, net boven het hoogste punt van elk van de bekkenkambotten, tijdens normale ademhaling, terwijl de persoon staat met een ontspannen buik.

Het vastmaken van de jas aan de broek met een rits verhoogt zowel de ergonomie als het comfort door alle kans op luchtinfiltratie te elimineren en ervoor te zorgen dat beide kledingstukken in elke situatie goed op het lichaam passen.
HOOFDMATERIALEN
MUGELLO STOF
Mugello-stof is een textielmateriaal gemaakt van micronylon en elastomeer stof. Dit geeft het materiaal zowel weerstand tegen slijtage en scheuren als een hoog draagcomfort, dankzij de mogelijkheid om uit te rekken en vervolgens terug te keren naar zijn oorspronkelijke vorm, wat zorgt voor grote bewegingsvrijheid. Er worden nanotechnologieën toegepast op dit materiaal zodat alleen luchtdroging voldoende is om de olie- en waterafstotende eigenschappen te herstellen, waardoor strijken van de kleding niet nodig is.

GORE-TEX® ePE MEMBRAAN
De nieuwste generatie Gore-Tex® ePE-membraan is ontworpen om de voeten altijd droog en comfortabel te houden en biedt isolatie tegen water, zelfs tijdens slecht weer. Het garandeert uitstekende ademende eigenschappen, dankzij de snelle verdamping en verspreiding van zweet vanuit de schoenen, zodat je langer op je gemak bent. De ideale oplossing voor motorritten, ook bij wisselvallige weersomstandigheden. Het Gore-Tex® ePE-membraan is samengesteld uit lagen van geselecteerde materialen die het licht en dun houden, wat zorgt voor hoge prestaties.
