The D-EXPLORER GORE-TEX® is a modular jacket that is the best in its category thanks to the innovative technical solutions and excellent materials used. Made from resistant, elasticised Mugello and Quick Dry fabrics with elasticised strategically placed inserts. The numerous adjustments mean that the jacket can adapt better to the wearer's body and offer superb freedom of movement. The D-Explorer GORE-TEX® comes with a removable, breathable, waterproof GORE-TEX® and with a removable thermal lining which, along with the “Dainese modular flap system” ventilation on the chest and back, make this jacket perfect, whatever the climate and the weather. Furthermore this jacket has been designed to accommodate the "Double Chest" chest protector, and a G1 or G2 back protector is included. Numerous inner and outer pockets complete this versatile jacket. A "conformato" version is also available. GORE-TEX® is a registered trademark of W. L. Gore & Associates.

How to take measurements?
Chest
Chest circumference
The measurement of the chest in its maximum extension during normal breathing, measured with the person standing, passing the measuring tape horizontally around the torso over the scapula bones (the shoulder blades) and just under the armpits.
Arm
Sleeve length from shoulder (arm straight)
The distance from the most protruding point of the shoulder to the wrist (on the end of the Ulna bone), measured with the arm relaxed at the person's side.
Neck
Neck circumference
The circumference measured at 2 cm below the Adam's apple in the front, and at the 7th cervical vertebra in the back (i.e. NOT horizontally).
Waist
Waist circumference
The circumference measured horizontally around the waist, just above the highest point of each of the iliac crest bones, during normal breathing, on the person standing, with a relaxed abdomen.

MAIN MATERIALS
MUGELLO FABRIC
Mugello Fabric is a textile material made of micro nylon and elastomeric fabric. This gives the material both wear and tear resistance and makes it highly comfortable, thanks to its ability to extend and then return to its original form, ensuring great freedom of movement. Nanotechnologies are applied to this material so that air drying alone is sufficient to restore its oil- and water-repellent properties, eliminating the need to iron the garments.
