WATERPROOF FRONT ZIPPER REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Service for the replacement of the waterproof front zipper on Dainese fabric jackets from both the Motorbike line and the Wintersports line carried out by our technicians and professional craftsmen and it includes:
- sanitization of the product
- inspection
- repair (the damaged/worn part is removed and replaced with a new original one, in compliance with the original points of workmanship and restoring the initial conditions of the garment)
- expenses for picking the garment up and sending it back after cleaning

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once the order has been received via purchase on dainese.com, Dainese Consumer Care Team will contact the customer and provide a return label to ship the item to Dainese After Sales Center.
PLEASE NOTE:
Dainese reserves the right to check the overall condition of the garment returned, rejecting any other repairs when it is not technically possible to proceed; or in the case of garments that are too old (generally garments from Dainese Collections before 2015); or in cases where the safety of the garment has been compromised by use over time and any damage present, so that repair will not allow safety to be restored. Should further repairs be required, Dainese will propose a detailed cost estimate for approval.
TIMING:
On average, the item will be sent back to customer within 2 and 4 working weeks except during seasonal peaks, during scheduled closures (August and December), or in the event of additional repairs, for which processing times may be longer.
Informative Notes
READ CAREFULLY:
- This service is not available for D-air® products that haven't deployed.
- Raw materials (leather or textile) used for the repair may have a different tone/shade from the original.
- Garments returned must be completely clean. Otherwise, in order to proceed with the repair, Dainese will indicate that the "Regenerate Your Garment" Service is required and make a charge for these service costs in addition to the selected service.
- In the course of garment inspection, Dainese will indicate any states/conditions that may make processing the garment difficult and/or risky and/or incomplete.
- Dainese do not accept garments that have been altered/changed by third parties without authorization by Dainese. Only after receiving the garment will our technicians be able to determine whether the service requested can effectively be carried out. Should the garment be too damaged to repair, Dainese reserves the right not to perform the requested repair and return the garment to the customer. A partial refund will be issued, as Dainese will withhold the charge for shipping expenses.
- Should more than one repair service be purchased for the same garment, there will in any case be no refund of the charge for shipping expenses.
