Legal Specialist

The ideal candidate will join the Legal Department and play a key role in supporting the business through both contract management and litigation management, working closely with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and legal advisors.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including commercial, marketing, sponsorship, retail, e-commerce, procurement, logistics, operations, R&D, IT, finance, and real estate agreements.
  • Provide legal support throughout the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring contractual consistency, compliance with company policies, alignment with business objectives, and mitigation of legal and commercial risks.
  • Support the management of domestic and international litigation, disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters, coordinating with external counsels and contributing to the definition of legal strategies.
  • Collect, review, and organize relevant documentation, evidence, contractual records, and internal information required for litigation, dispute resolution, pre-litigation assessments, and settlement discussions.
  • Monitor legal proceedings, deadlines, claims, and dispute-related activities, ensuring timely follow-up with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external law firms and advisors, ensuring timely execution of activities, effective management of legal matters, and alignment with the company’s priorities.
  • Administrative and back-office support for the department, including budget monitoring and verification, organization and maintenance of document archives, management of notarial procedures.


WE’D LOVE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Master’s Degree in Law.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department, with exposure to both contract management and litigation/dispute management.
  • Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across different business areas.
  • Good knowledge of civil, commercial, contract, and litigation-related legal matters.
  • Experience in supporting litigation, dispute resolution processes, and coordination with external counsels.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice in both contractual and contentious matters.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic and international environment.
