Dainese supplements the legal warranty of the country where the Dainese, AGV, TCX and Momodesign products were purchased with an additional warranty of up to 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase.

What the Dainese Warranty is and how it works

For a selection of Dainese, AGV, TCX and Momodesign products, that can be consulted here, Dainese offers its own warranty to supplement the legal warranty, lasting 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase, providing coverage on any manufacturing defects.

The Dainese warranty must be registered through a dedicated form, which can be accessed on this page, or through the Genuine page, using the QR code on the product tag, within 30 days of the date of purchase. The Dainese warranty is valid for a duration of 3 or 5 years from the date of purchase and only if activated within the next 30 days. Any verification and checks on the validity of proof of purchase and compliance with dates will be performed on a random basis or at the time the service is requested.

In the event that the product purchased does not provide Dainese warranty coverage, we recommend that you register it here in any case, in order to simplify any interventions during the legal warranty coverage period.
