MANUELA MOELGG

MANUELA MOELGG

Talking of and with Manuela is like diving into a world dominated by winter sports. She has a long history, considering her début in the World Cup was on 20 December 2000. She boasts seventeen years of competition wearing the Italian national colours and skiing for a country that has produced some of the most loved champions of all times. Manuela has always been equal to those at the top, finishing among the leaders every time. She has also remained close to her brother Manfred’s side, enjoying reciprocal admiration.

Her career is full of countless joyful moments and only one regret: the gold medal she just missed in the 2009 slalom due to a mistake made metres before the finishing line. Still, Manuela has never ceased to give her best on the track, earning a total of 11 podium spots throughout her World Cup career.
