    The Candidate will join the Multisport BU (sportswear and protective gear for wintersports, bike and equestrian) and, responding to the BU Director, will plan, develop and monitor commercial activities of the reference area, achieving sales and profit objectives.

    Activities are:

    • Implement regional sales plans by developing field sales action strategies;
    • Manage and develop the sales activities, through supervising regional sales staff and partners within the district;
    • Maintain relationships with the key stakeholders throughout the region to stay abreast of countries’ needs;
    • Generate and maintain Sales reports;
    • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply&demand;
    • Monitor market, competitors, and end users to provide relevant reports and information to Product Management Dept.;
    • Support the definition of Marketing campaigns to boost products sales and brand awareness, cooperating with the Marketing Dept.
    • Analyze order collection and monitor payment in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance team.

    The ideal Candidate has a degree in economics or similar subjects and has the following characteristics:

    • At least 3 years in the role in Sporting Goods industry;
    • Fluency in English, a second European language is a plus;
    • Good command of the Office suite;
    • Strong commercial, interpersonal and teamworking skills;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Capacity to simultaneously handle several projects, managing priorities and deadlines;
    • Problem solving skills and proactive attitude;

    CEO EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – VICENZA

    Reporting directly to our CEO, the candidate will provide full assistance and support in day-to-day operations, including organizing meetings and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as special projects as necessary.

    The candidate will be responsible to enhance executive’s effectiveness by providing information management support, managing multiple projects and conducting other administrative duties as assigned.

    Responsibilities are:

    • Maintain the calendar events and manage the agenda;
    • Coordinate executive communications: monitor priority emails, respond to incoming calls, arrange internal and external meetings;
    • Handle confidential material at the highest level;
    • Liaise and communicate with first line reports and the Support Function, especially with HR Dept.;

    Responsibilities are:

    • Responsible for developing a new product line into a profitable product line in a region, or expansion of existing products into new regions and/or major customer through cooperation with other teams/functions;
    • Define the product/input collection and long-term strategic vision;
    • Realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of product market, competitors, and end users;
    • Define also the marketing input necessary to launch the product in the market;
    • Assume the role of facilitator and coordinator among cross-functional teams involved in product life cycle;
    • Support the Technical Area in activities of products defects cancellation and product industrialization;

    Dainese USA Inc. is looking for a sales associate for its NYC Store. The candidate MUST be a sales driven individual with some previous experience possibly in structured sport/fashion/jewelry retail environments. Outgoing and with good communication skills. A love of motorcycle gear and motorbikes is a plus in order to better understand customers’ needs. Bi-lingual a plus. Salaries are DOE, and include health and vacation benefits as well as commission and bonus incentives.

    Summary: To provide excellent customer-focused shopping experience and sales through efficient and timely assistance by performing the following duties:

    • Provide quality customer service, assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and detailed product information.
    • Build and maintains an understanding of the store’s products and price information
    • Adhere to all Company policies regarding sales, operations, branding, and marketing.
    • Handle merchandise returns and/or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
    • Attend store meetings and training sessions as requested.
