  Reporting directly to our CEO, the candidate will provide full assistance and support in day-to-day operations, including organizing meetings and communicating with internal and external stakeholders, as well as special projects as necessary.

  The candidate will be responsible to enhance executive’s effectiveness by providing information management support, managing multiple projects and conducting other administrative duties as assigned.

  Responsibilities are:

  • Maintain the calendar events and manage the agenda;
  • Coordinate executive communications: monitor priority emails, respond to incoming calls, arrange internal and external meetings;
  • Handle confidential material at the highest level;
  • Liaise and communicate with first line reports and the Support Function, especially with HR Dept.;
  • Write corporate presentations;
  • Coordinate the activities of Reception, General Services for Vicenza HQ;
  • Manage the organization of Corporate Events;
  • Arrange travel and hotel accommodations;
  • Process Orders and Expenses Notes;

  The ideal candidate, with a Bachelor degree and excellent spoken and written English, has the following characteristics:

  • 3+ years of experience as Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management;
  • Proficiency in software programs including Power Point, Word, Excel (MS Dynamics AX is a plus);
  • Professional approach and standing;
  • Discretion and high levels of integrity in handling confidential information;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Multi-tasking abilities;
  • Good knowledge of a second European language is a plus.

  Summary: To provide excellent customer-focused shopping experience and sales through efficient and timely assistance by performing the following duties:

  • Provide quality customer service, assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and detailed product information.
  • Build and maintains an understanding of the store’s products and price information

  • Handle merchandise returns and/or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
