Francesco Bagnaia’s extraordinary development in recent seasons has not escaped the notice of enthusiasts of this sport.


The young motorcycle rider from Piedmont, born in Turin on 14 January 1997, made his debut in the Moto3 class of the 2013 World Motorcycle Championship with an FTR entrusted to him by Team Italia, and the following year he graduated to the Sky Racing Team VR46, with whom he took his first World Championship points. The turning point for “Pecco” was 2016, his second year as an official Mahindra rider, where he clinched his first two career victories at Assen and Sepang before taking 4th place in the championship. In 2017, Bagnaia returned to the Sky Racing Team VR46 to make his debut in the Moto2 class, claiming 5th place in the standings and the “Rookie Of The Year” title with no less than 4 podium finishes.
