Excellent results (three podiums) for Dainese skiers at the weekend in the World Cup skiing Series.

Saturday 2 March at Garmisch Partenkirchen (Germany). On her home slopes, Maria Hoefl-Riesch took third place in the downhill race. The following day, she just missed out on a win and came home in second in the super giant event. A very positive result for the German champion who consolidates her second place in the overall world cup standings.

The men were in action at Kvitfjell in Norway on Saturday 2 March. In the downhill event, the Canadian Manuel Osborne Paradis missed the podium by one hundredth of a second and finished in fourth place. His fellow countryman Jan Hudec also did well and crossed the line in sixth. The Italian Werner Heel came home fourteenth.

On Sunday in the super giant, Werner took his second podium of the season finishing third. An excellent season for the Italian, always up among the leaders and now in much better shape following two difficult seasons.
