“Legends die hard. They survive as truth rarely does.”

Dainese presents: Legends

In its 40th anniversary year, Dainese heralds the future with a brand new digital magazine covering the legends of the past. With four online magazines over 2012, Dainese delves into the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, showcasing the people, events and products that have created the legend.

In this third issue, 1990s motorcycle racing legends Carl Fogarty and Kevin Schwantz share the cover. We interview them both and show why they were no ordinary heroes.

We also catch up with downhill mountain biker Alex Stock in Les Deux Alpes, France about the thrills and spills of battling adversity and photographer Andrew Wheeler shows us around his beloved local circuit of Laguna Seca. There's also Italian champion skier Kristian Ghedina reflecting on a career of recklessness and triumph.

There's also tributes paid  to the enduring legends of the 1990s including skate pioneer Tony Hawk, champion skier Deborah Compagnoni, the podium-hogging mountain biker Nicolas Vouillez and football's philosophical genius Eric Cantona.

Digital magazine ‘LEGENDS' is produced by The Church of London, continuing the proud collaboration with Dainese.
