Karen Putzer returns to winning form.
In the Giant Slalom race held last Sunday, January 21 in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the Dainese Team’s top woman skier left the starting booth with number 24 on her chest and succeeded in dominating both heats and claiming the highest step on the winners’ stand after two previous seasons plagued by physical problems that had compromised her performance until now.
This resounding victory brings the Sud Tyrol athlete back into the ranks of the best giant slalom skiers in the world and raises high hopes for Karen to play a starring role in the coming World Ski Cup Championship to be held in Are in February.
