RETURNS AND SIZE CHANGES
Have you received your order and wish to return it?
Within 10 (ten) working days from receiving the goods, send an email to the address email@example.com stating that you wish to go back on your purchase and attaching the RETURN FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL or SIZE CHANGE that you can download here.
The return, together with a copy of the RETURN FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL OR SIZE CHANGE, must be sent to our logistics centre at the following address:
c/o Dainese USA Inc. - ATTN: DSO Returns - 1001 Brioso Dr. - Costa Mesa, CA 92627 USA
The goods must be returned undamaged and duly packaged in their original packaging, complete with all accessories.
By law, the shipping costs for returns are the Customer's responsibility. Customers can choose the carrier or postal service to be used for the return. We recommend Customers use a service offering tracing of the goods so that receipt at our warehouse can be verified. Dainese shall not be responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
Returns of orders purchased from dainese.com can never be returned to Dainese retailers but must be sent as previously stated.
As soon as we receive the returned goods, our warehouse shall check them and open a return file. Then, within 30 working days from receiving the return, a refund shall be issued to the Customer's credit card or Paypal account according to the method originally used to pay for the goods.
You need a size other than the one you ordered, what are you going to do?
To request a size change, follow the instructions given above for returns.
In the RETURN FORM FOR WITHDRAWAL or SIZE CHANGE state clearly the new size you are requesting.
Dainese cannot guarantee the requested size will be available when the return file is opened. In any case, if the size is not available a refund shall be given by crediting the Customer's credit card or Paypal account according to the payment method originally used.
If the size is available, it will be shipped as soon as possible without the Customer having to pay any more shipping expenses
