Like every year, the White Circus is ready and waiting for the new  season that already began in Soelden on the  weekend of October 23-24. This year as well, Dainese will be present as technical sponsor at all the races scheduled,  providing some of the world’s best skiers at the moment with its own brand of protection.
There will be a few changes in the Dainese Racing Ski Team this season along with a few welcome  confirmations. The latter won 5 Olympic medals last season, and includes Aksel Lund Svindal. The Norwegian champion has confirmed his trust in Dainese though he decided to change much of his equipment. He’ll be wearing a brand-new helmet, but he’ll have the same certainty as ever in regard to safety.
Maria Riesch has also been confirmed, and is now in fine form and ready for the season where she’ll be racing  on the slopes of her hometown,  Garmisch, during the World Ski Championship in February. Werner Heel, the moment’s best Italian downhill specialist, has also been confirmed.
The new members of the Dainese Team answer to the names of Manfred and Manuela Moelgg: two leaders on the Italian National Men’s and Women’s  ski teams that happen to be among the world’s best in their respective specialties. They’ve already amply proven their worth and their goals for next season are high. They’ll be leaving the starting gate every race with the knowledge that they could win every time.
The roster is completed by Alexander Ploner, Johanna Schnarf, Cristian Deville, Florian Eisath, and Gina Stechert, all of whom have been racing for a while, often as prestigious outsiders,  as we were able to observe last season when they finished among the leaders more than once.

We offer the Italian team our best wishes during their final training in Presena Glacier.
