All that was missing was the 125cc class title to crown a spectacular season for the Dainese Team riders. This, the latest in a series of joyful moments, arrived at the end of yesterday's last race in Valencia. Thomas Lüthi, in fact, held on to first place in the world 150cc class to join Daniel Pedrosa and Valentino Rossi, this year's winners in the 250 cc and MotoGP classes respectively. The result is even more sensational if you think that eight out of the nine titles won in the last three years have gone to riders wearing Dainese gear. It's paramount to saying that the best riders always choose Dainese!
There's not much else to add to a 2005 that is truly full of satisfaction. We simply hope that our “tres amigos” will continue to give us emotions in future years because, we freely admit, you get used to certain results all too quickly.
Our congratulations also go to maidelcombo, the winner of the D-Challenge. Dominating the scene for the whole season, he takes home a complete Valentino Rossi outfit and will be the champion to beat next spring: the challenge has already been issued!
