A weekend full of passion and great results. A double success for the Italian team at Beaver Creek (USA) in the Downhill and Super Giant for Christof Innerhofer and Matteo Marsaglia respectively (both of whom are collaborating in the D-air data collection project).

Also well worth mention is the fifth place for Werner Heel and Jan Hudec's tenth place in the Super Giant event. In the Giant Slalom, Manfred Moelgg took an excellent fourth place.

In the womens races at Lake Louise (Canada), Maria Hoefl-Riesch came home third and sixth in the Downhill events with a fifth place in the Super Giant. The German skier Gina Stechert managed fourteenth and fifteenth places.

The World Cup series now returns to Europe with the mens and womens races scheduled for next weekend.
