RIDE YOUR PASSION

The first Dainese collection dedicated to those who like to wear, with naturalness, clothing inspired by the “on the road” biking world, was presented at the beginning of summer at company headquarters in Vicenza The motif behind the collection is linked to the journey, a journey through the Americas, from Seattle to Terra del Fuego by way of Tijuana, following the roads ridden by Steve Mc Queen, Marlon Brando and Ernesto Guevara, in search of increasingly new ways to experience the passion for motorbikes, sport, open spaces and distant places. Presentation of the collection’s main articles was alternated, in a natural way, with a show of the competition suits that have traced out Dainese’s history worldwide: from Edi Orioli’s legendary suit for the Paris - Dakar to those of Marco Lucchinelli and Kevin Schwantz, not to mention the one currently worn by Valentino Rossi, an endorsement of safety with the Dainese signature.
Some of the historic faces of Italian sport celebrated the well know Vicenza company: Giacomo Agostini, Edi Orioli, Cristian Ghedina and Karen Putzer. Each place represented in the new motorbike 2007 Collection symbolises a moment of discovery, each city a new experience to be lived with Dainese as travelling companion. So Dainese appeals to the sportsman and sportswoman and to the evolved motorcyclist who experience their passion with a new awareness, uniting their various interests in a dynamic lifestyle where technology and fashion find a new point of balance. Established as a brand dedicated to absolute protection for the motorcyclist, today Dainese offers, among other things, technical apparel for skiing, snowboarding, kitesurfing, jetskiing, mountain biking and downhilling. The seasons and the places change, but Dainese is a constant element of the free spirit, of sport and safety, featuring high technological content and Made in Italy design.
