Account Manager - Warwickshire, UK | 2015-05-08

 

As one of the motorcycle market's leading and most popular manufacturers of protective clothing, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join our successful team in the UK.

The role is responsible for managing sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area, province or country. It is responsible for ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and the effective deployment and management of sales personnel. Key to this role is the ability to identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales and earnings opportunities. Reporting directly to the Country Manager and Export Manager, the main functions of the role are:

- To collaborate with the Country Manager and Export Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- To effectively manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- To establish and manage effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- To organise local events with the UK dealer network.
- To attend the annual sales conference in Italy with the dealer network.
- To manage and attend the British Superbike Project during the 12 rounds of the championship.

Other Benefits
Final salary awarded to the successful candidate will depend upon experience. On target earnings bonus will be paid from year 2.
Holiday entitlement of 28 days pa including bank/public holidays.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in marketing or business studies or a minimum of five years' related experience or training in the Motorcycle and Retailing industry; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.

Essential
The successful candidate will have problem solving and analytical skills in order to effectively interpret sales performance and market trend information. You will also have a proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team together with experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.

Dans le cadre de son développement, le magasin Dainese D-Garage recrute un vendeur.  

Vous êtes jeune, passionné, motivé, vous avez votre permis moto et vous avez déjà travaillé dans un commerce ? Ce poste est fait pour vous !

Votre rôle comprendra nombreux activités comme par exemple :

  • Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser la clientèle
  • Réception et mise en rayon des marchandises
  • Réalisation des ventes, suivi des commandes clients, suivi du SAV

Rigueur, autonomie, dynamisme et travail en équipe sont des qualités requises. Une expérience dans le secteur du deux roues serait un plus.
