31 January 2012 | News
From 5 to 7 February 2012 Dainese will be at Spoga, one of the most important tradeshows in the sector, to present three brand new helmets for the Equestrian collection 2012.
Its presence at the German event is confirmation of the Italian company’s commitment to establishing a leading role in the equestrian world.
Its over forty years’ experience dedicated to human safety has led for the first time to the production of an innovative series of helmets for the equestrian sector. Each model of helmet boasts a design and material which permit outstanding sports performance. The first rate ventilation features, perfect fit and certification to the strictest standards make this product a reliable safety accessory.
The AIR CAP and LITE AIR CAP helmets have a shell in heat moulded material which makes for unequalled ventilation and lightness. The shell, fitted with extensive air intakes ensures an adequate flow of air making the helmet extremely comfortable to wear even in very hot conditions. The lightweight visor has been designed to be detachable and thereby allow the helmet to be adapted to the specific conditions of use. The ear pieces, available as an optional in the AIR CAP model and a standard feature of the LITE AIR offer the same modular function while the washable and removable lining makes the helmet easy to keep clean. The helmet has been designed with two different liners which function in synergy with the rotor to assure a perfect fit of the product.
The CARBON AIR CAP helmet is ultra light and is made with a carbon fibre shell, offering a lightness and ventilation which put it at the top of its category. The shell has been designed to guarantee the best performance for weight and has extensive vents to ensure, together with the inner lining, optimal thermal comfort in all conditions. The lightweight visor has been designed to be detachable and thereby allow the helmet to be adapted to the specific conditions of use. The ear pieces, provided as a standard feature of the helmet offer the same modular function and can be integrated with the structure, while the washable and removable lining makes the helmet easy to keep clean. The helmet has been designed with two different sizes of liner with a matchless finish which function in synergy with the adjustment rotor to assure a perfect fit of the product. The painstaking attention to detail can also be seen in the surface finish of the attachments, making this helmet a work of art down to the smallest feature. The helmet comes with its own protective bag to keep it in mint condition over time.
Thanks to years of technological research Dainese has satisfied the strictest safety requirements in this sport too.
