DAINESE PRESENTS LEGENDS - ISSUE FOUR

10 December 2012 | News

“Legends die hard. They survive as truth rarely does.”

Dainese presents: Legends

In its 40th Anniversary year, Dainese heralds the past, present and future with a new digital magazine series. With four issues published throughout 2012, Dainese delves into the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and 2000s to showcase the people, places and products that have created legends.

In this fourth issue, we manage to catch a few minutes with the irrepressibly hectic downhill mountain biker Adrienne Schneider; champion slalom skier Cristian Deville tells us why Kitzbuehel is special to him; and we meet Professor Dava Newman, a pioneer engineer who is helping mankind on its mission to Mars.

We also speak to Valentino Rossi about his insatiable hunger for victory and pay tribute to the late Marco Simoncelli, a man whose charismatic flame burned brighter than most.

There's also appearances by Max Biaggi, Kelly Slater, Oscar Pistorius and Serena Williams as we looks back on those inspirational icons of the 2000s.

Digital magazine ‘LEGENDS' is produced by The Church of London, continuing the proud collaboration with Dainese.
