“ 101st ISLE OF MAN TOURIST TROPHY” Contest (EUROPE)

DAINESE S.p.A. with registered office in Via dell’Artigianato, 35 – MOLVENA (VI) is organizing a “Contest” for consumers (final users) in Great Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Benelux, Austria and Andorra.

From 08/04/2008 until 10/05/2008
Prizes to be awarded within 15/05/2008

DESTINED TO:
Dainese sales outlet clients and consumers in:
Great Britain, France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Andorra (adults –at least 18 years old)
or DStoreOnline clients (e-commerce sales outlet at www.dainese.com/store)

METHOD OF PARTICIPATION:
During the participation period, a dedicated page in the DAINESE Internet site www.dainese.com will illustrate the method of participation in the Contest organized by DAINESE on the occasion of the 101st ISLE OF MAN TOURIST TROPHY.

All those who acquire one or more DAINESE products on sale during the period from 08/04/2008 to 10/05/2008 for a total value of at least 200.00 Euros (or the equivalent value for nations using different currencies) at a participating store (see enclosed List) will receive a “coupon” with an Unequivocal Code that will enable them to participate in the Contest.

In order to participate, they must also register in the D-Club online community at the site www.dainese.com and enter the Unequivocal Code that they received at the moment of purchase in the corresponding field provided inside the areas of the website www.dainese.com dedicated to the contest.

All those who make their purchases through the Dainese DStoreOnline will be automatically registered for contest participation.

At the end of the promotional period and within 15/05/2008, no. 10 of the prizes foreseen will be awarded to participants duly registered in the site (through a drawing). Each prize will be composed as follows:

No. 1 VIP Package for participation in the 101st ISLE OF MAN TOURIST TROPHY (from 29/05/2008 until 01/06/2008) valid for 2 people.
Each VIP package includes:

• • May 29, 2008 – a flight from a leading international airport to Venice or Verona and transfer to Vicenza for a visit to the Dainese ViOvest headquarters – Room and board in Vicenza
• • May 30, 2008 – Flight to the Isle of Man
• • May 30 and 31 – Room and board and VIP access to the paddock on the Isle of Man
• • June 1, 2008 – Return by air from the Isle of Man to a leading international airport.

The prizes will be awarded through a drawing of the names of rightful participants as described above directly prepared by Dainese.

The winners will be notified by e-mail (and/or telephonically) through the e-mail address with which they registered for the contest within 3 days of the date of drawing and in any case in sufficient time to make use of the prize. Each winner will be asked to present a copy of the Dainese sales receipt documenting the effective purchase of Dainese products worth at least 200.00 Euros and to confirm acceptance of the prize within the following three days (while also communicating the name of the accompanying friend).

RESERVES:
No. 5 reserve names will also be drawn for use in case one or more of the first 10 winning names drawn cannot be found (erroneous e-mail or unreachable telephone number) or proves to be ineligible according to the rules of the context.
