Summary: To provide quality customer service and sales through efficient and timely customer assistance by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides quality customer service to include assistance with purchases, suggestive selling and providing product information.
  • Builds and maintains an understanding of the store’s products and price information to assist with customer purchases.
  • Adheres to all Company policies regarding sales, operations, branding, and marketing.
  • Receives payments from customers, operate cash register and credit card machine and returns appropriate change as needed.
  • Handles merchandise returns and/or exchanges in accordance with store policy.
  • Maintains adequate stock of paper forms for the cash register area, and notifies the Manager when additional supplies are needed.
  • Attends store meetings and training sessions as requested.
  • Maintains a neat and orderly store at all times to include re-stocking and organizing of products on the sales floor and back storage, as well as dusting and vacuuming all areas.
  • Prepares product displays as requested.
  • Balances cash drawer and total currency sales each day.
  • Assists with loss prevention, reports any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
  • Answers retail phones and emails, and assists customers with information and sales.
  • Unloads deliveries to include lifting and carrying boxes and stocking in appropriate areas when needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by Store Manager, Retail Coordinators, or VP of Operations.
  • Occasional overtime may be required for special events, and can include working at off-site events.

Qualifications:

Summary: Responsible for executing store sales through effective sales techniques, excellent customer service, staff management, marketing, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels by performing the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage Staff

  • Create and enforce Company policies (dress code, attendance, etc.)
  • Coaching and training of sales, operations, and products
  • Create schedules
  • Assist organization with recruiting and termination process
  • Conduct performance appraisals for retail staff
  • New hire orientation
  • Report payroll hours and commissions and bonuses to accounting department
  • Delegate responsibilities and tasks to enhance the overall operations of the shop

Increase store sales

  • Create events to draw customers in
  • Adhere to Company branding and marketing rules as set by HQ and Dainese USA
  • Maintain Company approved advertising and marketing programs (print and online)
  • Maintain a relationship with the local rider community
  • Maintain communication with customers through social media outlets
  • Attend outside events to promote the shop and the brand

Maintain proper store atmosphere

  • Professionalism in attitude and appearance
  • Keep store neat, tidy and attractive
  • Update store products, displays, signage and fixtures

Inventory

  • Track inventory on regular basis and communicate with Italy
  • Maintain a product mix that is relevant to the local market’s customer base
  • Reorder as necessary to keep inventory at good levels
  • Maintain loss prevention through training and awareness

Other Duties

  • Adhere to all Dainese USA and Dainese SPA company policies
  • Report progress and problems to supervisors in a timely and responsible manner
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and share information as necessary with staff
  • Help maintain clean kitchen and bathroom
  • Assist customers with warranty needs and product information
  • Assist with Custom Works programs
  • Pickup/drop-off/ship off repairs
  • Bi-monthly deposits to bank, and keep proper change on hand as necessary for cash drawer
  • Maintain petty cash and receipts for accounting department
  • Manage building needs (eg. Graffiti cover-up, clean parking lot, garbage)

Il/la candidato/a – in riporto alla Direzione Tecnica – si occuperà dell’Industrial Design dei prodotti a marchio “AGV-MDS”. 

 

In particolare, dovrà ideare nuovi prodotti AGV-MDS e realizzare progetti di sviluppo dei prodotti esistenti, utilizzando le proprie competenze tecnologiche, dei materiali e dei metodi di produzione per ottimizzare il design e la fruibilità dei prodotti stessi. 

 

Il candidato ideale, preferibilmente laureato in Design Industriale, presenta i seguenti requisiti essenziali:

 

  • Passione per il motociclismo;
  • Esperienza nel ruolo non inferiore a 5 anni in aziende strutturate;
  • Capacità  di creare concept in 2D innovativi;
  • Capacità  di trasformare i sopraddetti concept 2D in rendering 3D usando specifici software di modellazione (Rhino e/o Alias);
  • capacità di modellazione 3D per ottenere files da usarsi per la prototipazione rapida;
  • conoscenza del graphic design e  del software Illustrator;
  • Utilizzo autonomo del pacchetto MS Office;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
