Shipping & Delivery


Our goods are delivered by Bartolini, our regular courier. Deliveries are carried out between 09.30 and 12.30 and between 14.00 and 18.00 from Monday to Friday. 
Goods are delivered to the address that you have given; we would ask you to provide a telephone number so that the courier can ring you before delivery.
After delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully twice, the goods remain in the courier’s warehouse for collection.
Clients who fail to collect goods shall be debited storage costs.

We take great care with the packaging of our products. If the outside of the package that you receive appears to be damaged, in bad condition or broken, please append the following wording on the delivery note: “I accept the package(s) subject to verification because the packaging is damaged”; then sign this declaration, ask the courier also to do so and inform us immediately. If the courier refuses to let you append this reservation, reject the consignment at once. Inform us immediately in this case too.

Customer Service

Our customer service is available between 09.30 and 13.00 and between 15.00 and 18.00 from Monday to Friday.

E-mails and orders arriving after 17.30 on Friday are dealt with on the following Monday.
